Counter-Notification by the User

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent. To be effective, the counter-notification must include the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and where the material was located on our website;

  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification; and

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed material or cease disabling access to it in not less than 10, nor more than 14, business days, unless our designated copyright agent first receives notice from the complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our website.
